Corrugated paper cups are high-quality disposable paper containers designed for daily use, shaped like a drinking cup. The outer layer consists of neatly arranged corrugated paper walls, providing excellent thermal insulation. They represent an improved version of traditional disposable paper cups. Corrugated paper cups are typically made from coated paper cup paper and corrugated paper. The coated paper commonly used in corrugated cups is divided into double-coated paper and single-coated paper, with the thickness of the coated paper typically ranging from 218g to 300g. The thickness of the corrugated paper used in corrugated cups varies between 280g and 340g.

Corrugated (wavy) paper cups and other double-layered hot drink cups are ideal packaging containers for hot beverages such as coffee and milk tea. The product uses high-quality food-grade paper specifically designed for paper cups, made from 100% wood pulp, combined with PE eco-friendly food-grade film. This ensures the cup is waterproof, oil-resistant, leak-proof, heat-resistant, and recyclable. The product is available in 8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, and 20 oz sizes, all of which can be paired with lids. The corrugated paper cup rim fits tightly with the lid, preventing leaks.

According to the packaging requirements for corrugated paper cups, corrugated paperboard can be processed into single-face corrugated paperboard, three-layer corrugated paperboard, five-layer, seven-layer, and eleven-layer corrugated paperboard. Corrugated paper is compressed into a corrugated shape during production. Once processed into corrugated paperboard, it provides elasticity, flat compression strength, and influences vertical compression strength. Corrugated paper should have a smooth surface, consistent thickness, and no wrinkles, tears, or holes. Otherwise, it may cause production issues and affect product quality.
